Anna Maria Island detatched houses with private pools, no smoking
indoors. All houses have at lease 1 colour / cable TV, air conditioning,
and ceiling fans in all main rooms. All have modern kitchens
with large stove, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher,
and their own washer / dryers. All have modern bath / shower
rooms, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. All linen
and personal towels supplied. Several of the houses have their
own boat docks on a canal giving access to miles of safe inland
waterways which separate the Island from the mainland, with
lots of uninhabited islands to explore, and wildlife to see.(
Boat rentals available locally ) All the houses have Gas B-B-Q's.
Rents are inclusive except for the refundable security deposits
required by the owners. Also there is usually an extra charge
if pool heating is required in the colder months. Prices &
conditions subject to change. Rental period is from 1 to 2 weeks
after Easter until mid December. All other dates are high season,
rates on request.
